Cut, color & styling are means for me to highlight and sculpt what words cannot express. That special something about you. Once you land in my chair, what happens is not “just” a haircut or dye. I really approach my craft as a creative interplay of intuition and skill, light and proportion, aesthetics and authenticity. The result is a modern and flexible look that virtually styles itself. And most of all, it’s always uniquely yours. In my work, I draw on 14 years of professional experience, hair trends, Berlin street style, and my love of music and Polaroid photography—whether at Neo, Fashion Week, or photo shoots.

Paolo Ferreira is a renowned high fashion hairstylist. With over 25 years of experience, there’s nothing he cannot create. He trained with hair heroes like Alexandre de Paris and Daniel Harlow, and picked up Vidal Sassoon cutting techniques. In the ‘90s, Paolo became one of the first hair rebels at Yannick D’Is Paris hair and makeup agency Atlantis and contributed to Mugler’s hair creations, shows and campaigns. He’s traveled all corners of the globe for longtime clients such as Helmut Newton, Karl Lagerfeld, Christian Dior and others (see below), and styled icons like Jerry Hall, Mick Jagger and Naomi Campbell. Today, Paolo’s clients rave that he “delivers flawless yet approachable hair”—with “zero attitude.” His presence instantly radiates positivity, while his signature technique balances a heritage and contemporary aesthetic to reveal timeless beauty.

Trained in London, 10 years of experience, globetrotter, UK-AUS-GER. I love cutting all kinds of hair, my favorite styles being crisp above-the-shoulder cuts like bobs, bowl cuts, short hair, and all kinds of whacky experimental stuff. I don’t offer any blonde techniques, but I’ll gladly help you with root touch-ups and glosses to cover your grays, give you a new look or simply spice up your natural do. I look forward to meeting you soon and creating your new cut together!

After completing my training in Hamburg in 2014, I joined NeoBerlin in 2016. As a devotee of healthy hair, I’m mostly credited for creating long-lasting, au naturel hair colors with soft transitions that blend naturally with your roots. This way your hair will look its finest even months later! Whether we’re going for a new color, highlights, balayage or glossing, I take care to keep your hair happy and its color glossy and luminous. I also love mixing artsy hues and getting a little wild with more dominant color techniques. When cutting, I’m all about airy, dynamic textures—and I always complement cutting techniques with individual, intuitive methods that suit your hair type and wishes.

Svitlana is NeoBerlin's star for crisp trims and mind-boggling fades. A stylist with a wealth of experience under her belt from running her own barbershop in Lutsk, Ukraine, she now beautifies the bearded faces and luscious locks of Berlin with gusto and skill. In addition to her razor-sharp machine cuts, Svitlana also has a keen eye and deft touch for short, medium and long hairstyles.

From 18 years of modeling, a dip into academia (politics & law) and 5 years in a bar to working as a real estate agent—I’ve gained a wild mix of experiences. Whatever I do, I always bring my people skills, a keen eye for aesthetics and a smile! At NeoBerlin, the many warm encounters with clients bring me joy every day. Plus, we have a killer team spirit while all being very different personalities. Already on the phone, I consider who you might feel most comfortable with. I love a good oat milk cappuccino and really enjoy preparing coffee and drinks, making sure everything runs smoothly before, during and after your appointment, and of course: having my own little space in the heart of NeoBerlin.
